In Cimatron, the three mouse buttons are used separately in combination with each other and with keyboard keys to perform a variety of functions.
Mouse buttons can be customized to perform various tasks. See Customizing Mouse Buttons and Customizing ZPR (Zoom, Pan and Rotate) operations.

Shift + Left mouse button: Drag a box to deselect entities.
Shift + Right mouse button: Selection Filter. If you are working in the Sketcher, the Constraint Filter dialog will open.
Ctrl + Left mouse button: Dynamic rotation. If an edge is selected, it will be used as the axis of rotation.
Ctrl + Middle mouse button: Dynamic pan.
Ctrl + Right mouse button: Dynamic zoom.
