Saving Customization Profiles

Cimatron enables you to save your workspace settings as a Customization Profile to a CUI (*.cui) file for backup purposes. These files can then be retrieved by Loading Customization Profiles.

Interaction

InvokeInvoke (for instructions on how to use this, press the Access button at the top of this Help topic) the Customize Toolbars & Menu dialog.

Click the Save Customization Profile button in the dialog. The Save As dialog is displayed showing the default save folder mentioned above.

Name the file and save.

Notes:

The system automatically opens the default Customization_Profiles folder.
To restore the default system profile, select the Reset All command from the Cimatron Control Panel. This resets the entire user customization to the default settings. This includes: toolbars, menus, and panes (position, size, visibility, order, etc.).
